Quail hunting is truly the sportsman delight. At Yellow Creek Ranch, we offer the Southern hospitality and tradition of years past. Our lodge is located so that a short walk and you will be hunting. For those longer trips, we have modern hunting carts (modified golf carts). Whether you like to hunt the open fields of food plots and sedge or prefer the pine forrest with sedge, we can offer you a challenge.

Southern gourmet meals are provided to those staying with us at our lodge. Quail are hunted in the traditional manner with pointing dogs. Combined with good friends, the excitement of a Bird or cover rise or the point of great dogs, we strive to provide you with a hunt you will remember.

Yellow Creek Ranch is a Licensed Hunting Preserve, allowing us to provide hunts from November 1st until March 15th of each hunting season. Quail hunting is available in half and full day or may be combined with one of our other hunts. We pre-release many birds at the end and beginning of each season, plus we release additional birds at the beginning of each hunt to provide excellent bird hunting.
